Mobile Device Access

For easy, one-tap access without needing to log in each time, add the portal to your phone's home screen.

This will add the "Ourlink" icon below to your home screen:

For iPhone & iPad

Option 1: Safari (Recommended)

  1. Tap the Share button (square with arrow) at the bottom center of the screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  3. Tap "Add".

Option 2: Google Chrome

To add a home screen icon that keeps you logged in via Chrome, use Apple's Shortcuts app:

  1. Install the free Shortcuts app from the App Store (if you do not already have it).
  2. Open the Shortcuts app and tap the + (plus) icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Add Action, search for "Open URL", and select it from the list.
  4. Tap the faded "URL" field and type exactly: https://sthoa.net
  5. Tap the Share icon (square with an up arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen".
  7. Change the name to "Ourlink" and tap Add (top right).

For Android Devices

Google Chrome

  1. Ensure you are viewing this page in the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.
  3. Look for "Install app" in the menu and tap it. This is the best option.
  4. If you don't see "Install app", tap on "Add to Home screen" instead.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

iPhone Troubleshooting

  1. Login Issues? Clear Safari cache: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
  2. Still having problems? Delete the Ourlink icon and re-add it using Safari
  3. Persistent issues? Contact support with your device model and iOS version

Best Practices

  1. Always use the Ourlink home screen icon to open the app
  2. Keep your iOS/Android updated to the latest version
  3. Ensure you have stable internet connection during login
  4. If problems persist, try restarting your device
Once installed, please use the new Ourlink icon on your home screen to open the portal directly. This will provide the best experience and keep you logged in.

Desktop Computer Access

For easy access on your Windows or Mac computer, you can install Ourlink as a desktop app that works just like a regular program.

Install Ourlink on Your Computer

Windows & Mac (Chrome)

Method 1: Install Button (Easiest)

  1. Look for the install icon in the address bar (top-right)
  2. It looks like a computer screen with a downward arrow: ⬇️
  3. Click the icon and select "Install Ourlink"
  4. The app will be added to your Start Menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac)

Method 2: Browser Menu

  1. Click the three dots menu in the top-right corner
  2. Go to "Save and share" or "More tools"
  3. Select "Create shortcut..." or "Install Ourlink..."
  4. Check "Open as window" if available
  5. Click "Install" or "Create"
✓ Result: Ourlink will appear in your Windows Start Menu or Mac Launchpad, working like a regular desktop app.

Windows (Microsoft Edge)

Method 1: App Available Button

  1. Look for the "App available" button in the address bar
  2. It appears as a computer screen icon with a "+" symbol
  3. Click it and select "Install"
  4. The app will be added to your Start Menu and can be pinned to Taskbar

Method 2: Settings Menu

  1. Click the three dots menu in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Apps"
  3. Choose "Install this site as an app"
  4. Name it "Ourlink" and click "Install"
✓ Result: Ourlink will install as a Progressive Web App (PWA) in Windows, accessible from Start Menu and Taskbar.

Mac (Safari)

For macOS Sonoma (2023) or Newer

  1. From the top menu bar, click File
  2. Select "Add to Dock"
  3. Confirm the name "Ourlink" and click "Add"
  4. The app icon will appear in your Dock

For Older macOS Versions

  1. Click File in the top menu bar
  2. Select "Save As..."
  3. Choose "Application" as the format
  4. Save it to your Applications folder
  5. Drag from Applications to your Dock for quick access

Alternative: Use Google Chrome on Mac

  1. Open this page in Google Chrome
  2. Follow the Chrome installation instructions above
  3. This often provides a better app-like experience on Mac

Windows 7 Users:

Note: Windows 7 has limited PWA support. We recommend:

  1. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
  2. Create a desktop shortcut: Right-click page → "Create shortcut"
  3. Pin to Taskbar: Drag shortcut to Taskbar
  4. Consider upgrading to Windows 10/11 for full app functionality
